DIRECTION FOR PLATINUM HYDROWHEY Platinum Hydrowhey® is INSTANTIZED, so it always mixes up easily and completely. Simply add 1 scoop of Platinum Hydrowhey® to a blender, shaker cup, or glass filled with 12 ounces of cold water, milk, or juice and blend, shake, or stir for 20-30 seconds or until powder is dissolved. TIP: Adjust the intensity of your Platinum Hydrowhey® shake by varying the amount of liquid you use to prepare it. For a slightly thicker consistency with a bolder flavor, mix each scoop with 10 ounces of water. For a milder tasting less sweet shake, use 14-16 ounces of liquid per scoop.

The best, worth a little more TK for No more protein farts!!!

Finally fart free!!! I've tried several varieties of Optimum Nutrition protein powders along with Orgain Organic Plant Based Protein Powder all in an effort to eliminate my awful late afternoon and evening protein farts. Anyway this ON product did the trick! It tastes great and no more foul blasts from my bottom. In fact I think helps with bean based lunches too...sounds crazy but I don't have bean farts either.

The only protein powder I've used for years

There are a LOT of protein products out there, and it can be really difficult to weigh the pros/cons between all of them. I've tried just about all of them. It doesn't help that some of those products will try and trick people by making their serving size 2 or even 3 scoops. What I look for in a good protein powder is something provides a very high-percentage of protein with no extra fluff that might interfere with my normal diet and vitamin supplements. And, no digestive side-effects are a huge plus, of course.

Pros:
- High protein content per serving (30g per scoop; each scoop is 39g, so you're looking at 77% protein by mass)
- Very low sugar and carbs (only 1g and 3g per serving, respectively)
- Low on vitamins, which allows me to take vitamin supplements without worrying about getting too much calcium, for example
- No digestive side-effects; I can consume 120g of this per day and not experience the usual bloat you get from other protein powders
- Tastes great mixed with just milk

Cons:
- Price is moderately high, but it's not the most expensive out there

My routine is to mix this with flax milk in a Blender bottle. Since flax milk has no lactose and typically no sugar, I get a very clean protein beverage out of it.

Right first ill start off by saying this is the best quality of protein i've ever had. To be honest I only purchased this as it mixes so well , I don't even use a shaker just a glass bottle does me. Results are nice and gradual .

Now lets talk gains, Only buy this protein if your SERIOUS about getting in shape, SERIOUS about changing your lifestyle , SERIOUS about your goals. DON'T DISRESPECT the powder if your not serious about this journey, DON'T DISRESPECT the gym if your not serious about your nutrition. DONT BUY THIS IF YOUR NOT DEDICATED TO THIS LIFESTYLE.

Now you will see gains providing your diet, lifestyle is right, but like I said before DONT DISRESPECT This protein if your not serious about this path , it could go to someone that is SERIOUS and they could BENEFIT a whole lot more if they had the money like you have ! TRUST ME , i'm speaking from experience im 8 Weeks out for my cut, results are nicely coming on and Roll on summer !
