My first time using creatine. I do 2 full body weight training days and 2 days of light running a week. Awesome product I don't recommend mixing it with a protein shake. I recommend getting a little bit of water in your mouth scoop 1tsp swish around then swallow it. If you mix it with a shake it kinda goes to the bottom and feels like dirt in your mouth.
