Directions For C4 Original Pre Workout: Take one serving (1 rounded scoop) of C4®
Original, mixed with 150-200mL of water 20-30 minutes before training. Food Supplements
should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Some
individuals may experience a harmless tingling sensation, which is attributable to beta
alanine. DO NOT EXCEED RECOMMENDED DAILY DOSE.

AGE OR OLDER. Contains caffeine (150mg per serving). Not recommended for children. Do
