HOW TO USE Mix 1 serving (1 scoop) in 6 oz. or 2 servings (2 scoops) in 12 oz. of cold water or skim milk in a glass or shaker cup. Use between major meals and after exercise. Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water daily. For maximum results, consume 4 scoops of NITRO-TECH® daily for a minimum of six weeks.

High quality with the best taste NitroTech Whey Gold is so smooth, thick and tasty. It gives a feeling of fullness and I don't feel hungry for like 2 hours after consuming it.It has a great amino profile so no need for additional BCAA. My workout schedule is quite strenuous, but Whey Gold is doing a great job with the recovery.I can see some results now.
