DIRECTIONS FOR XTEND As a dietary supplement, mix one scoop per 8-10 oz. of water. Shake well and consume during exercise on training days, or throughout the day on non-training days. Directions for Xtend RTD: Consume one bottle immediately prior to, during, or after exercise. Directions for Xtend 100mg Caps: As a dietary supplement, take two (2) capsules with 8oz (240 mL) water. For best results consume 5 to 6 servings (10 to 12 capsules) daily, especially on training days or when dieting.

Tastes great, mixes great. I use this as an intra workout and it really seems to help with recovery

XTEND TOP 1

This flavor tastes disgusting. I would not recommend. It tastes like drinking an Emergen-C vitamin C packet. Leaves a horrible taste in your mouth afterwards. Amino Energy - Orange Cooler is so much better.

90 SERVINGS BCAA

I haven't used BCCA's in a while and got a tub of Xtend and quickly remember why I use to use them! I absolutely love it. It mixes extremely well. There is no left over residue or "floaties." As for taste, I like the Lemon-Lime Squeeze. It's not too sweet and not too tart. I do think each person will have to play with how much water they mix with it to get the taste they enjoy the best. For me, I would mix two scoops in a half gallon jug and drink. I tried 1 scoop in a shaker bottle, but I didn't like that as much so I did it this way. As far as effects, well I just felt much more refreshed throughout the day especially around my workouts. Overall, Xtend is great!

Glacial Grape

Had previously used the lemon squeeze liked it pretty well saw good reviews for the grape flavor decided to try it to give myself some variety. Its good but may have to use it a little while longer to feel better about its flavor. Over all I definitely like the product though

Besssssssssssst recovery powder

Mango Madness reminded me of a mango drink. It's so great during training, getting those bcaas, l glutamine, citrulline malate, and electrolytes in , and at other times as well, like in between meals . Xtend nail it again with this flavor and it makes during cardio, functional fitness, physical therapy first thing on an empty stomach fantastic.
